I understand why there are so many taxi drivers speaking French in NYC, coming from Senegal.
and no problem to get a taxi in West Harlem and you have also cab limousine almost from West African countries very likeable and speaking french(the fare is exactly like yellow taxis)
These limousines are they allowed by the New York Taxi & Limousine Commission or the NY Transportation Authority ?
